Our founder Donald expresses his passion for furniture and design through every Bothwell project. With over 50 years of design and furniture experience, you will always find him working on the most challenging designs, and always finding a way to improve the end product.

Managing Director

Caecilia is our eye in the sky, she oversees the entire Bothwell operation locally and overseas, she makes sure the entire company is always running on schedule.

Executive Director

As our executive director, Abigail works alongside our CEO and manufacturing team as well as the design team In Indonesia. You will be sure that if there is a task in hand she will get it done. She is also the person in charge of our Australian brand Larkwood Furniture.

Senior Project Director

Dina is our most senior member of the team, she has managed some of the most luxurious and challenging projects worldwide. No project is ever too big for Dina, she will make sure the end result is beyond expectation.

Head of Purchasing & Operations

Yanke works alongside our manufacturing team and design team, making sure we source the best materials for every project. She always makes sure the entire purchasing process runs smoothly.

International Logistics Manager

You will find Dahru on her laptop or phone, organizing the logistics of every single container that leaves our factory. With incredible communication skills she is core to the entire Bothell operation.

Creative Graphic Designer

Desi is the brains behind all our designs, she ensures the construction and aesthetics are immaculate for every project or piece of furniture. She works hand in hand with the manufacturing team to ensure the final product is up to Bothwell standards.

Structural Graphic Designer

Chandra is the brains behind all our designs, he ensures the construction and aesthetics are immaculate for every project or piece of furniture. He works hand in hand with the manufacturing team to ensure the final product is up to Bothwell standards.

Finance Manager

Era understands the complexity of a business like Bothwell like no other. She is the person in charge of all accounts and payments coming in and out of the company.

Manufacturing Manager

Working alongside our manufacturing and operations manager, you will find XXX in the factory making sure every single details of the manufacturing process is done up to Bothwell's standards, thanks people like her, Bothwell remains the pioneer in the manufacturing worldwide industry.

Quality Control Manager

Agus's moto is: 'nothing is ever perfect'. Thanks to him the quality of every single item leaving the factory is the reason why Bothwell is one of the top manufacturers in the world. You will find Agus doing QC not just on the end product, but his job starts before we source the materials, he does QC to every single product before, during and after it's finished. He is kind of a legend in the Quality Control world.

Quality Control Manager
